Alagana House is a modern plantation style house. With high ceilings and cool interiors the villa is spread over two floors. The walls are decorated with an array of original artwork with a Caribbean and Yachting theme.

Air conditioned throughout, this elegant hideaway has two bedroom suites on the main level, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom, also with ensuite bathroom, is located on the garden level and may be accessed from the main level or from its own garden-level entrance.

All of the large and airy bedrooms are appointed with king-size beds whi ch can easily be converted to twins. Two bedrooms have private patios, while the third has its own champagne balcony.

Three striking murals by a noted Antiguan artist add to the appeal of the setting.

The hub of the house is the kitchen / living room. This is pivotal point between the main terrace with its unsurpassed view over Falmouth Harbour and the casual dining area on a covered terrace. Step down 2 steps to the infinity pool and sun terrace where there is also an out door shower. Lay back on one of the sun loungers and enjoy uninterrupted views of the bay and beyond. From its elevated position on a hillside, the house has the most superb views.

The main level also encompasses the living room, dining area, and kitchen, all decorated in cool, refreshingly muted colors sparked by vibrant tropical paintings and other original artworks collected around the world. There are several outdoor areas just right for entertaining or unwinding, including the pool patio, barbecue terrace, and large verandah.

The central terrace takes up one entire corner of the house. Furnished with a teak dining table and large sofas this is indoor outdoor living at its best. The fully equipped kitchen has everything that one might need for the preparation of light snacks or gourmet dinners.

The cosy living area has been furnished with comfortable white-upholstered sofas. Double French doors leading to both terraces create a pleasant through breeze.

There are 3 bedrooms all have there own DVD. Two of them are upstairs, located on wings either side of the living area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with wicker headboard and is spacious, light and airy, a small balcony over looks the harbour. It has an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms have showers, there are no bath tubs. The second bedroom has the same features and lay out, a king size bed, balcony that leads into the garden and en suite bathroom. The bed may be changed to two singles. One large, private bedroom is located downstairs and may be accessed without disturbing the upper floor. This king sized bed also turns into two singles. The en suite bathroom has a large rain shower. For those who like to keep abreast of business this large bedroom also has a desk and is very private with doors leading onto its own sun terrace.

agana House is spacious yet intimate. Suitable for mature families, groups of friends, couples, and honeymooners. Welcome, though not suitable for very young children due to the villas layout and hillside location. The villa is not really suited to anyone with difficulty getting around and certainly not to small children.
