The apartment would make an ideal base for exploring Split, which is one of Croatia's increasingly popular tourist destinations. Split and the surrounding area have much to offer in the way of sightseeing, bars and restaurants, and summer festivals. For day trips, there is easy access to the numerous islands offshore. Other areas worth visiting and located within easy driving distance include the UNESCO protected town of Trogir, the Makarska Riviera with its fine beaches, and the Roman City of Salona, to name just a few.

This duplex penthouse is located on the third floor of an attractive building. The apartment includes three bedrooms (master bedroom, double, twin), three bathrooms (two en-suite), a spacious U-shaped living room (with a study area to one side), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and two terraces. The master bedroom suite features a city view and a Jacuzzi bath; the second double bedroom features a terrace with mountain views. The apartment is very tastefully furnished.
