The Curiosities of the Italian Cuisine

1st day
SOUTH SIENA
Arrival in Siena. Check into the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
2nd day
COOKING COURSE - MONTALCINO
Breakfast in hotel. First cooking lesson: home made pasta and lunch afterwards. In the afternoon transfer to Montalcino; guided city tour; wine tasting at a farm. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
3rd day
CHIANTI TOUR
Breakfast in hotel. Departure for Chianti tour. Visit to a castle including a wine cellar to taste the Chianti wine. You will visit another castle in this Chianti area before going back to Castellina in Chianti to have dinner at a typical restaurant. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
4th day
COOKING COURSE - SIENA
Breakfast in hotel. Last cooking course in hotel: techniques and practice. Lunch. In the afternoon transfer by bus towards Siena for a half day guided tour. Return to the hotel. Dinner and ovenight.
5th Day
SAN GIMIGNANO - COLLE DI VAL D'ELSA
Breakfast in hotel. Departure by bus to the Medieval village of San Gimignano for a half day guided city tour. Free lunch. In the afternoon, along the way back to Siena, we suggest the group to stop at Colle Val d'Elsa where it is possible to visit a crystal’s factory. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
6th Day
ABBAZIA DI SAN GALGANO
Breakfast in hotel. Transfer by bus to San Galgano Abbey. Departure of the group.

INDIVIDUAL FEE
£ 735.000 (minimum 15 people)

THE FEE INCLUDES:

  • Stay in a 3 star superior hotel in the countryside with half board with typical dinner of the third day;
  • two cooking lessons including lunches;
  • wine tasting in cellars in Montalcino and in Chianti;
  • half day guided tour of Montalcino, Siena and San Gimignano;
  • 1 gratuity.

THE FEE DOES NOT INCLUDES

  • transfers by bus, drinks at meal; entrance fees to museums, monuments and all other fees not expressly mentioned under the title "the fee includes".
