The Flavours of Tuscany
| 1st day |
FLORENCE
Arrival in Florence and guided city tour. Lunch in a typical
restaurant close to the Ponte Vecchio. Departure for the famous
hills of Fiesole from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic
view on Florence. Transfer to the Florentine hills of the Chianti
and a visit to Greve in Chianti including a visit to a castle built
in the IX century A.C: visit to the old wine cellars and a dinner
in one of the Renaissance rooms of the castle. Transfer to Siena to
the hotel and overnight stay. |

SIENA - SAN GIMIGNANO
Breakfast in hotel. Guided city tour in Siena. Typical lunch in a
renowned restaurant in the historical centre. In the afternoon
transfer to San Gimignano to visit the villane and a wine cellar
with tastino of Vernaccia. On the way back to Siena, optional stop
at Castellina in Chianti to visit a few vineyards and taste the
classic Chainti wine. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight. |

MONTEPULCIANO - PIENZA - MONTALCINO
Breakfast in hotel. Bus transfer to Montepulciano for a guided visit
to the village of Poliziano; wine tasting in a wine cellar which
produces the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Transfer to the nearby
Renaissance village of Pienza. Lunch in a restaurant and continuation
to Montalcino for a visit to a farm or to a castle where we will tast
the Vino Brunello di Montalcino. Return to the hotel for dinner and
overnight stay. |

AREZZO
Breakfast in hotel. Transfer to the hills of Arezzo. Guided city tour.
Lunch in a characteristic restaurant in the historical centre. End of
arrangements.Departure of the group. |
