ARCHAEOLOGICAL TOUR (FIVE DAYS)

1st day:
CORINTH Canal. Drive to Mycenae where you visit the
archaeological site and then on to NAUPLIA. In the afternoon drive
to EPIDAURUS (visit the archaeological site and the Theatre,
famous for its remarkable acoustics). Return to NAUPLIA. Dinner -
overnight.
2nd day:
Drive through the Central Peloponnese area passing the
cities of MEGALOPOLIS and TRIPOLIS. Arrive in Olympia. In the
afternoon visit the archaeological site and the Museum. Dinner -
overnight in olympia.
3rd day:
Morning drive via PATRAS to RION where you cross by
car - ferry to ANTIRION and driving through NAFPAKTOS, arrive
in DELPHI. Visit the archaeological site. Rest of the day at leisure.
Dinner and overnight in DELPHI.
4th day:
In the morning visit the museum of Delphi and then drive
through AMPHISSA, LAMIA and TRIKALA for an early evening
arrival in KALAMBAKA for overnight.
5th day:
In the morning visit the breathtaking METEORA. In the
early afternoon start the drive back to ATHENS passing via
THERMOPYLAE (visit) and KAMENA VOURLA.
